The Nitrage Senior
I always luv the design of the RC Nitrage, So big and powerful.. a gas powered monster with over size wheels...
So i decided to get a junior version of it...
But the problem is , the Jr version comes with big diameter slick wheels instead of the oversize monster wheels... Looks abit weak imo..
Until i saw some one in a Japanese webby did a modded version of it.. i decided to follow...

And this is where i get my 2 pairs of oversize wheels...
The dangun racers!! If you are into modding mini 4wds.. the dangun racers provide lots of parts for salvage..
(* note that only the giga spear dangun comes with this nice set of wheels..
Other is some funny fighting wheels.. etc... )The building part is nothing difficult... I just had to replace the standard issued wheels with the dangun racer wheels...
As the oversize wheels were not specially designed for the ms chassis, a couple of ring washer is needed to space out the tyres, so that the tyres will not rubbed against the body when its running..
The 4:1 gear ratio + torque tuned pro motor is used for this setup... this will ensure there is enough torque to drive the set of wheels.. (hopefully..)
So this is how it looked like after assembly...
ahhh.. looked so much better...
I haven't try it out on tracks yet...hopefully its race worthy as well..
